Yesterday I went to ophthalmology and after 1 hour 40 minutes of delay, when I go to take the test the doctor tells me that it is good that she will do it for me but that the machine (topography) is not connected to a computer or printer so she cannot give me no report, if I want to take photos of the screen. I was referred from another center to carry out this test and I find it embarrassing that in a hospital of these characteristics they do not have the means to give me a report or send it to me by email.
Waiting time and facilities leave a lot to be desired.
What a shame what this hospital was and has become. More than 1 hour waiting in the waiting room and in the reception on the ground floor of outpatient consultations, the 2 ladies speaking badly to the patients, criticizing them and criticizing the doctors if they ask them for something, eating at reception. That awful!
I have been trying to make an appointment for a mammogram and an ultrasound for 3 days. If it weren't for the fact that you have my history there, I would go somewhere else where it wouldn't be an odyssey to make an appointment. Because also the online option is surreal!! I don't understand anything, nor do I trust it.

The rating by the receptionist on the floor 0 external consultation, right now 18:06 on 07/31/23 the terrible attention, bad faces and ill-treatment, I could file a claim but I am with a person with reduced mobility and I have no time to waste . If I could I would put them 0.

Had a nice experience in this hospital stuff are very friendly ,especially Dr.Marin,she is so lovely and patient ,definitely recommend.
